Charge starting battery?

Hello, we have a Rimor Evo5 (Ford Transit) and an S-TTK Motorhome System in it. The system [b]does not charge the strating battery[/b] if we connect the motorhome to 230 V network. [b]It charges only the service battery.[/b] Is this normal or something went wrong?

It's normal. The system not charge motor battery with 220V

It's normal because if you have a DCDC converter, motor battery is not connected on our system.
