my pump model is nsa1.10 and i will send picture of it to mail assistenza.tecnica as soon as possible.



Another question: i have installed a second clear water tank. Does the nsa1.10 has the ability of reading the water level in this second tank? I want this info to be displayed in the control panel. Do i need a specific sensor? Does Arsilici has a kit to install?

Hello

i bought a new nsa1.10 from ArSilicii and installed it.

After connecting all the wiring i managed to turn the pump on from the control panel and had readings of the clear water tank.

When i opened a water tap the pump did not started and the pump light on the control panel went off and the clear water readings disapeared.

Disconnected and reconnect the cables in the NSA but no success.

Present situation is that i cannot turn pump on from the control panel.

Pump works when connected directly to 12v.

Any ideas please?

On pump node there is a current protection. If the pump draws more amps than normal, the node goes into protection
