Pannel Issue 1rst Battery Level

I Have a brand new Rimor Horus 45 2022 and the control pannel doesn't show the first battery level :

Anyone nows How can i fix it ?

Hello. If your system have dc/dc converter you can't see motor battery voltage on your control panel because the DC/DC converter is installed between motor and service battery. DC/DC is used when you have smart alternator to charge correctly service battery when the alternator not charge motor battery.
