AL 310X - problems with powerhub cielo

Hi there,



it seems I have bad contact on my powerhub cielo: sometimes on line of lights turns off. I need to open the control panel and when unplugg/replug and move a bit the device, lights turn on.

As well 7 of the 8 connections are used, but the last one is out of order.



Is there a mean to repair it as it is quite old ?

Is it possible to order a new one or equivalent device ? at what price ?



NB:

in normal functioning the led in the main on/off button of the control panel (referred P3 on the manual) flashes, do you think these to problem can be linked

Hello. If the main button flash, you have a problem on floor hub. Your problem on lights hub caused probably by a short circuit on one output or on lights hub.

I forgot to mention that the main button stops to flash when I turn off the main switch on the cielo hub.

So I thought the pb was coming from the cielo hub but I may be wrong.



What do you suggest to identify the problem that comes from the floor hub?

Probably you have a problem on one output. I suggest you to disconnect all outputs from floor hub and check if the main switch led not lamp. Now you connect one to one the outputs and check when the led start lamp. When you connect output with short circuit, the led start flash.

Hello, thank you for the advice.

I made the test but the led still flashes.

Indeed it stops flashes when I switch off the lights with the general sitwh connected to the J3 input of the hub.



So I wonder if I can remove the hub and replace it with a fuse box.?

If I connect directly the bus A and Bus B signals coming from the floor hub to the control panel, will that work? Or the hub makes some transformation of these signals before they comes to the control panel?

If you have disconnect all outputs from lights hub and the led not stop flash, the problem is on lights hub. Please send me a photo at assistenza.tecnica@arsilicii.com of lights hub and we send you the prices.
